Please note that the Hackettstown First Aid & Rescue Squad is a Completely Free Volunteer Emergency Service dedicated to assisting the residents of Hackettstown, NJ in their time of need. Last year we responded to more than 900 calls for our assistance.
If you are interested in becoming a member, please complete our online Application or write to us via e-mail, chief@78rescue.org. The Rescue Squad provides all training all we ask of you is your time.
In addition to responding to emergency calls, the Hackettstown First Aid & Rescue Squad is involved in various other services, which benefit our local and extended community.
Some examples are the attendance at various sporting events throughout the township, participation in community events and celebrations, and sponsoring first aid training.
